If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product free of charge and receive a replacement item or a full refund. This policy applies to all products bought from URBN_CHIC LLC.

Our customer service team will be able to assist you with all eligible returns. Please email returns@urbnchc.com within 30 days of delivery to begin the return process.

Please note, we require all returns to be processed through our customer service team. If you do not reach out to our team via email or if you return your products without our consent, reimbursement will not be initiated.

UNWANTED PRODUCTS
In general, you can return an unwanted product to us at no charge, provided:

• it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels attached.
• it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition.
• it is not missing any accessories or parts.
• you log the return within 30 days of delivery by emailing returns@urbnchc.com.

Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will provide you with a full refund within 8 days of the return.

Please keep in mind that refunds can take 5 – 10 business days to reflect in your account.

We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your return.

We are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product is returned damaged, not in re-salable condition or missing any accessories.
